How do I add a thought?
Open Dump, enter your thought, choose a life area, and tap Add Thought.
How do I choose my next step?
Open Dump and tap Make next step on an item. It will appear on Today and in Reset Mode.
How do I complete or restore an item?
Tap Complete on an active item. Items completed today appear under Completed Today. Tap Restore to return one to your inbox.
How does Reset Mode work?
Reset Mode provides a short three-step pause and lets you create one action that can be started in about five minutes. Choosing a new tiny action returns any previous next step to the inbox; it does not delete it.
Where is my information stored?
The current version stores your thoughts and daily check-ins locally on your device. It does not provide cloud backup, account synchronization, or transfer between devices.
Why did my information disappear?
Local information may be removed if you uninstall the app, clear its storage, use Clear All Local Data, replace your device without restoring application data, or reset Expo Go while testing the development version.
How do I delete my information?
Delete individual brain-dump items or open Settings and choose Clear All Local Data. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored application data, subject to device and backup settings.
Troubleshooting
- Close and reopen the app.
- Confirm you are using the latest available version.
- Restart your device.
- Do not select Clear All Local Data unless you intend to permanently remove your entries.
Report a problem
Email ironresolvedaily@gmail.com with a short description, what you expected, your device and operating-system version, the Life Reset version, and a screenshot if it contains no private information.
Do not include passwords, financial information, medical records, private journal content, or other sensitive information in a support request.
